Regulamin pre-alfy gry Nawia

Obowiązuje od 14 listopada 2026 r.

1. Kto prowadzi grę

Grę Nawia (dalej: Gra) udostępnia Opeenet sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, ul. Czernicka 2/1, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS pod numerem 0001057002, NIP 8952261686, REGON 526343626 (dalej: Opeenet). Kontakt: kontakt@nawiaonline.com.

2. Czym jest pre-alfa

Pre-alfa to wczesna, testowa wersja Gry. Gra jest niedokończona, może zawierać błędy, przerwy w działaniu serwera i zmiany zasad rozgrywki bez uprzedzenia.
Postacie, przedmioty i postęp z pre-alfy zostaną usunięte przed premierą Gry. Konto gracza zostaje, a gracze pre-alfy dostają na stałe tytuł „Pionier”.
Gra w pre-alfie jest bezpłatna. Nie sprzedajemy w niej niczego.

3. Konto

Do gry potrzebne jest konto: login, adres e-mail i hasło. Konto może założyć osoba, która ukończyła 16 lat.
Jedna osoba może mieć kilka kont, ale nie może ich używać do obchodzenia blokad ani do zdobywania przewagi (np. zbierania nagród na wielu kontach naraz).
Odpowiadasz za poufność swojego hasła. Nie udostępniaj konta innym osobom.
Konto możesz w każdej chwili usunąć w grze (Esc → Konto → Usuń konto) albo prosząc o to mailowo.

4. Wymagania techniczne

Komputer z Windows 10 lub 11 (64-bit), ok. 6 GB wolnego miejsca, karta graficzna z obsługą DirectX 12 i połączenie z internetem. Grę pobiera się ze strony gry w serwisie itch.io; pobranie odbywa się na zasadach itch.io.

5. Zasady gry

W Grze zabronione jest:

używanie programów, które grają za gracza (boty, makra automatyzujące rozgrywkę), oszukiwanie serwera i wykorzystywanie błędów zamiast ich zgłaszania;
obrażanie, nękanie i grożenie innym graczom, treści rasistowskie, pornograficzne lub nawołujące do przemocy, spam i podszywanie się pod twórców Gry;
sprzedawanie i kupowanie za prawdziwe pieniądze kont, postaci, przedmiotów i waluty z Gry;
atakowanie serwera Gry i próby uzyskania dostępu do cudzych kont.

Za złamanie zasad Opeenet może ostrzec gracza, zablokować go na czas określony albo usunąć konto. Przy poważnym naruszeniu (np. atak na serwer, oszustwo) blokada może nastąpić bez ostrzeżenia. Od blokady możesz się odwołać mailowo w ciągu 14 dni.

6. Zgłoszenia i reklamacje

Błędy zgłaszasz w Grze (klawisz F8, zgłoszenie trafia do nas razem ze zrzutem ekranu) albo na serwerze Discord Gry. Reklamacje dotyczące działania Gry lub konta wysyłasz na kontakt@nawiaonline.com. Odpowiadamy w ciągu 14 dni.

7. Prawa do Gry

Gra, jej kod, nazwa i grafika należą do Opeenet albo są używane na podstawie licencji (lista autorów: Autorzy). Możesz grać w Grę do własnego użytku. Możesz nagrywać i publikować filmy oraz zrzuty z Gry, także zarabiając na nich na platformach wideo.

8. Odpowiedzialność

Ponieważ Gra jest wersją testową udostępnianą bezpłatnie, Opeenet nie gwarantuje jej ciągłej dostępności ani zachowania postępu w Grze. Nie wyłącza to odpowiedzialności, której wobec konsumentów nie można wyłączyć na podstawie przepisów prawa.

9. Dane osobowe

Zasady przetwarzania danych opisuje Polityka prywatności.

10. Zmiany regulaminu i prawo właściwe

O zmianach regulaminu informujemy w Grze i na Discordzie co najmniej 7 dni przed ich wejściem w życie (wyjątkiem są zmiany wymagane prawem albo bezpieczeństwem). Jeśli się nie zgadzasz, możesz usunąć konto. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu; nie odbiera to konsumentom ochrony, którą dają im przepisy kraju ich zamieszkania.

Nawia pre-alpha Terms of Use

1. Who runs the game

Nawia (the Game) is provided by Opeenet sp. z o.o., ul. Czernicka 2/1, Wrocław, Poland, registered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001057002, NIP 8952261686, REGON 526343626 (Opeenet). Contact: kontakt@nawiaonline.com.

2. What pre-alpha means

The pre-alpha is an early test version. The Game is unfinished and may contain bugs, server downtime and rule changes without notice.
Characters, items and progress from the pre-alpha will be deleted before the Game launches. Your account stays, and pre-alpha players keep the "Pioneer" title forever.
The pre-alpha is free. Nothing is sold in it.

3. Account

To play you need an account: login, e-mail address and password. You must be at least 16 years old.
You may have several accounts, but you may not use them to evade bans or gain an advantage (e.g. farming rewards on many accounts at once).
Keep your password private and don't share your account.
You can delete your account at any time in game (Esc → Account → Delete account) or by e-mail.

4. Requirements

A PC with Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), about 6 GB of free space, a DirectX 12 graphics card and an internet connection. The Game is downloaded from its itch.io page under itch.io's terms.

5. Rules

In the Game you may not:

use software that plays for you (bots, automation macros), cheat the server, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
insult, harass or threaten other players, post racist, pornographic or violent content, spam, or impersonate the developers;
buy or sell accounts, characters, items or in-game currency for real money;
attack the game server or try to access other people's accounts.

For breaking the rules Opeenet may warn you, suspend you for a period or delete the account. Serious violations (e.g. attacking the server, fraud) may lead to a ban without warning. You can appeal by e-mail within 14 days.

6. Reports and complaints

Report bugs in game (F8 sends a report with a screenshot) or on the Game's Discord server. Send complaints about the Game or your account to kontakt@nawiaonline.com. We reply within 14 days.

7. Rights to the Game

The Game, its code, name and art belong to Opeenet or are used under licence (see Credits). You may play the Game for personal use. You may record and publish videos and screenshots of the Game, including monetised videos on video platforms.

8. Liability

As the Game is a free test version, Opeenet does not guarantee continuous availability or that your progress is kept. This does not exclude any liability towards consumers that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We announce changes to these Terms in game and on Discord at least 7 days before they take effect (except changes required by law or security). If you disagree, you can delete your account. These Terms are governed by Polish law; this does not deprive consumers of the protection given by the law of their country of residence.
